Per aquells que no coneixeu Orla Kiley us puc dir que és una dissenyadora irlandesa que es caracteritza bàsicament pels seus estampats retros. L'estil que porta és molt babydoll-nena petita i com ve sent habitual, m'encanta! A més més, també es dedica a dissenyar objectes per la llar que fan bastanta patxoca. Quan vagi a Londres no em penso perdre la seva tenda a King's Road.

Statement I.

Since I have finnished my thesis I have been thinking a lot about my blog. Even thought the number of readers is poor I would like to keep updating it. So, I was thinking to re-organize it a little bit but I don't really want to focus on something special. I mean life is too extense and I love too much things to just write about a simple topic. That is why I would like to point out that this is not only a blog about fashion and trends, music and art, politics and economy, travelling and leisure. This is a blog about everything I love.


...And by the way, why just writing in one language? My blog is multilingual like me :)

Amazing designers I: Nadinoo

So now that I am finally done with my research paper it is time to start writing again. Today I am posting  some pictures of the summer-spring 2010 collection of Nadinoo. Nadinoo is the artistic name of an English fashion designer called Nadia Izruna. Nadinoo is a label for feminin girls with good taste and strong personality. Hope you like their designs. I personally love their retro and elegant collection.

In may, we travelled to Brussels in order to visit other relevant orgs. We visited some think tanks related to international trade like ECIPE or EuroChambers and we also had a meeting with people from DG-Relex and DG-Trade in the Charlemagne Building of the Commission. I also had a personal meeting with spanish translators working in the EU Council, it was pretty interesting and discouraging at the same time... This trip was very important for me as I am writing my thesis about the EU.

For those who do not know I am studying a Master degree in International Economic Relations. Last February me and my classmates went to Geneva in order to visit some international organizations as the UNCTAD, UN or WTO. It was a very stressful week with plenty of meetings with think tanks, orgs, etc but I managed to have the time to visit the city and took some pictures. At this moment I am writing my master thesis and what I can tell is that it is the most difficult thing ever. Wish me luck!
